Avoiding a deep office and kitchen clean
Office spaces, kitchens, and restrooms are a magnet for dust and bacteria. The result is a drop in productivity as staff members work while ill or take days off to deal with health issues.

It makes cents—literally—to allocate employees for exterior maintenance or to contact a vendor that can keep up with the exterior of your company. Procrastinating on evaluating your staff vs. outsource costs
A full evaluation of your costs can seem like an extra chore at the end of a long list; however, determining whether using staff for cleaning versus outsourcing can have benefits that pay off in the long run. From time to time, evaluate whether you need full-time staffing for your cleaning and building maintenance needs or whether it costs less to outsource. Factor in staff availability, cost of salary and benefits, and all your building and facility needs to determine what the best answer—and cost—is for your company.
